The Mt. Olympus water and theme park in Wisconsin Dells, US is to see the arrival of an AquaPlay Giant RainFortress from Whitewater West.
The Lost City of Atlantis will shoot water 100ft (30m)into the air from a custom made, fully themed 'volcano', before cascading down over the multi-level interactive play structure below. Overseeing the proceedings and created to look weathered and distressed by the elements will be a hand carved Poseidon, god of the sea, complete with trident.
Other elements bringing the legend to life include an 8ft (2m), 317-gallon (1,200ltr) tipping bucket, pyramid roofs and temple entryways and hand carved seahorses. Mt. Olympus’ AquaPlay Giant RainFortress will also offer more than a dozen waterslides, over two phases, including favourites such as the Champagne Bowl, Boomerango, Inner-tube ride and Multi-Lane Mat Racer.
