The Voyages group of resorts and spas in Australia has been put up for sale.
The Voyages portfolio features assets with spas including Ayers Rock Resort in central Australia, Heron Island on the Great Barrier Reef and the Cradle Mountain Lodge in Tasmania. Other properties include El Questro Wilderness Park in Kimberley and the Alice Springs Resort in the Northern Territory.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed by Voyages owner and operator The GPT Group to market the portfolio for sale.
The most recent spa within the Voyages group launched in March this year, situated adjacent to the Sails in the Desert Hotel at Ayers Rock Resort in Australia.
Costing AUS$1.8m (US$1.67m, 1.12m euro, £0.84m), the Voyages Ayers Rock Resort Spa features four therapy rooms – two dry massage rooms and two wet rooms.
The spa has been designed to complement its surroundings, being located in the World Heritage-listed Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Details: joneslanglasallehotels.com
