Making CPD work
Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Registrar Cliff Collins outlined ways in which the REPs team are working towards helping members meet their annual CPD requirements to more than 60 training providers at LIW.
Many members report they find it hard to source the type and context of training that they really require.
As a result REPs are developing new software will enable members and employers to search for training by subject, location, price and timing – and to book direct with the training provider.
More senior members will be encouraged to identify, reflect on and analyse personal professional development needs in relation to current job functions and professional practice.
