Management reshuffle at Six Senses
Resort spa operator Six Senses has announced a number of changes in its management team.
The company has appointed Dan Reid – a former director of New Zealand-based Waiau Bay Farms – as its new chief operating officer.
Reid will move up from his previous role as managing director for Six Senses’ American operations and will be based at the company’s head office in Bangkok.
Meanwhile, Anna Keen will take up the position of the group’s research and development director.
Keen will lead in the development of Six Senses Spas branded products for professional and retail purposes as well as being responsible for the development of all spa menus and packages.
Angela Derks, the former spa director of Green Leaf spa in Bangkok, has been appointed spa manager at Six Senses Evason Hua Hin Resort in Thailand.
The former general manager of Sanctuary Spa, London, UK, Anni Hood, has been named as the new spa director at Six Senses Madinat Jumeirah, while Lyn Thomas will take over the day to day running of the Six Senses spa at Hotel Arts Barcelona.
