Focused on Bali's centuries-old healing secrets, the book covers the island's holistic wellness culture and how it is informed by Hindu beliefs.
Researched and published by Martha Tilaar, the Bali Spa book also examines the rituals and ceremonies behind many Balinese spa therapies and provides detailed information on massage and energy treatments as well as health and beauty recipes.
