A custom wall of Martin FlexDOT™ LED stringlights has been installed within the 'Under' nightclub upon the, anchored in Malmö, Sweden.
Surrounding the Under dance floor on two sides, the LED wall is approximately 2m high and 10m long and is made up of 2,100 individually controllable FlexDOT pixels.
Håkan Hansson of Informationsteknik, who project-managed the installation, says: "We wanted the visual look to come from a media server so that the DJ could easily change themes and scenes."
The individually controllable lights also mean that a variety of shapes and patterns can be constructed to suit the ambiance of the club night.
The 70m M/S Prins Bernhard serves as a leisure and entertainment gathering place for up to 600 people, which also houses two top-end restaurants, several bars, a sun deck and a VIP lounge.
