Mauritius resort reopens after revamp
Beachcomber Hotels' Dinarobin Hotel, Golf and Spa resort in Mauritius has reopened following the completion of an extensive MUR250m (£5.5m, US$8.8m, €6.1m) refurbishment.
Work at the resort has included the creation of five new swimming pools and an extension to the Club at Dinarobin, while the resort's public areas, restaurants and 450sq m (4,844sq ft) Clarins spa have all been renovated. Dinarobin's spa boasts six massage cabins, featuring one double cabin, two outdoor massage cabins, two balneotherapy rooms and two seaweed therapy rooms, as well as an area dedicated to Ayurvedic treatments, which includes four cabins and a yoga area.
The spa, which is situated at the foot of the Le Morne Mountain and also includes two hammams, two saunas, one pool and a fitness centre, offers a range of massages, scrubs and body wraps using Clarins products. Other facilities on offer at Dinarobin include access to the par 18, 72-hole golf course at sister site Paradis Hotel and Golf Club, three tennis courts and four restaurants, as well as two bars.
