Maze to be rolled out
Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton is opening more Maze restaurant outlets.
An 85-seat Maze Grill will replace the Cobalt restaurant located within Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel in London. It will complement the site’s existing Maze restaurant.
United Designers will create the blueprint, which will be developed by Gordon Ramsay Holdings in time for a March 2008 launch.
A new 100-seat branch of Maze will also open at the central Renaissance hotel in Prague, Czech Republic, this October.
