Consultancy The McCahill Group is preparing to launch a new virtual service that will enable companies to create a customised and inclusive wellness programme for their employees.

Called Personal Coach Interactive and Wellness Program, it features three core components - company-wide, wellness-orientated challenges; health education videos and information and daily tips intended to motivate and inspire.

The programme has several social media elements, in order to promote transparency and get everyone to participate, especially those in the upper management structure.

Personal Coach Interactive can be administered either in-house or contracted out to the group. Although it can be used by individuals, it is primarily targeted at companies with 20 employees or more.
