Monte Carlo launch for Willow Stream
The latest addition to the 45m euro (£39.5m, US$64.1m) refurbishment of the Fairmont Monte Carlo hotel in Monaco has opened – a new Willow Stream Spa.
The spa’s design takes inspiration from the sea in both the use of natural light and the colour schemes, which include sea green and aquamarine themes.
Located on the sixth and seventh floors of the hotel, the spa features panoramic views over the Principality’s Opera House, Prince’s Palace and Casino. With eight treatment suites, other facilities include a manicure and pedicure area, two couples experience suites and a hammam. Each treatment room also has a balcony, while the pedicure and manicure chairs overlook the famous hairpin turn of the Grand Prix races.
Willow Stream: A Fairmont Spa was launched in 2001 as the signature spa brand of the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts group. Details: fairmont.com/montecarlo
