Health and fitness operator Movers & Shapers has opened its third site in St George Wharf, Vauxhall, London.

Based on combining two weekly sessions of vibration training with a pedometer to monitor every-day activity levels, the concept targets people too busy or unwilling to spend time at a regular health club.

Typical club facilities include a range of vibration machines and ‘health booths’ used to assess members’ health.

The partnership plans to open more than 100 branches in the UK over the next three years.
