Hospitality management company NH Hoteles has taken over the former Mövenpick Hotel Prague, in a bid to expand its presence in the Czech Republic.
Situated in the centre of the city, NH Prague has 439 rooms, including 28 suites and a convention centre with 13 meeting rooms.
Facilities at the hotel include a fitness and wellness centre which offers a sauna, steamroom and a range of massages. There are also six tennis courts and a beach volleyball court.
NH Hoteles has aggressively expanded its portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe and currently operates 76 hotels in the region.
Mariano Pérez Claver, CEO of NH Hoteles, said: "Our portfolio will be complemented by a truly unique hotel.
"The proximity to the centre of the city and the airport makes the hotel an ideal starting point for business travellers and holidaymakers."
