NLC launches new Humber heritage trail
North Lincolnshire Council (NLC) has launched a new South Humber heritage trail at Far Ings Nature Reserve.
The council worked with Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust to develop the trail, which connects the Burton upon Stather picnic site and Water's Edge Visitor Centre in Barton on Humber. Heritage Lottery Fund helped fund the scheme through the South Humber Wildlife and People Project.
NLC cabinet member for highways and planning Bernard Regan said: "The South Humber Banks is a unique area of international importance."
