The eighth NYSPA annual symposium will take place at the Desmond Tutu Center in New York, US, tomorrow (24 May).
Organised by the New York Spa Alliance (NYSPA), this year's event will be held in honor of the late Guy Tabacchi - a strong supporter and friend of the organization and spa industry on the whole. Mr Tabacchi was the late husband of NYSPA chair and spa industry pioneer Mary Tabacchi.
Keynote speakers at the symposium will include Jan Freitag, vice president of global development at Smith Travel Research; Jeremy McCarthy, director of global spa operations at Starwood Hotels Worldwide; and Daniel Lizio-Katzen, COO, SpaBooker by GramercyOne.
Sessions will feature a number of panel discussions - including one on the importance of research and another on new product trends. For the full schedule and to book your ticket, click here.
Founded in 2004, NYSPA was formed to create awareness of and to provide support to New York State's vibrant spa business community. One of its aims is to bring together all spa-related business interests for the mutual benefit of the spa business community in New York State.
