Natural Retreats to expand North Wales site
Natural Retreats has announced that it is to add 36 new residences to its Llyn Peninsula site in North Wales after receiving planning permission from the local authority.
The nearby derelict Plas Pistyll Hotel is to be demolished and replaced with 20 self-catering residences, along with the creation of a further 16 residences, under the expansion project.
It is hoped the work will enhance the Llyn Peninsula as a tourist destination. Guest spend is estimated to be worth more than £250,000 to local tourism firms each year.
Natural Retreats founder Matt Spence said: "[Llyn Peninsula] is one of our premium destinations and we couldn't be happier that we are going to be able to further contribute to the local community."
