Ben Field has been revealed as the new manager of Sport Pembrokeshire - Pembrokeshire County Council's (PCC) sports development division.
Field succeeds John Deason, who retired from the position in January, and is formerly all-round sports development officer as part of the 17-man team. "I want to build on the good work already done by John and the team to improve the sporting opportunities for children and young people in our county," said Field.
"We want to build capacity in the voluntary sector, enhance PE provision in schools and develop more extra curricular clubs."
