New cinema complex set for Nottingham
The Savoy Cinema - a new six-screen cinema complex in Nottingham - has secured a £3m funding package towards its construction from Barclays Corporate.
Due to open in February 2012, Savoy Cinemas Ltd is leading the development and follows a similar project that resulted in the conversion of a former department store in Worksop. Boasting a total of more than 900 seats, the new Nottingham Savoy Cinema will comprise 3D technology and digital projection and sound.
