Concepts & Innovations (C. & I.) in the UK has completed a corporate restructuring programme.

The company has been reorganised into three individual divisions – Concepts & Innovations, Rush Leisure International and Leisure Investment & Consultancy – which will now all come under the group name of the Double C Group of Companies.

C. & I. will continue to provide design and theming products and services, while Rush Leisure will take over the development and construction of standalone attractions and events, to include Robot Wars, Shark Attack, Lost in Space and Paint Ball.

Leisure Investment will provide a range of financial services specifically designed for the leisure industry, from lease plans through to corporate finance for management buy-outs, in addition to development and expansion plans.

At the same time, the group has moved its HQ to a new base near Hereford and its production facility to Ystrad Mynach, near Caerphilly.
