New era at Antartex
Staff at Edinburgh Woollen Mill’s Antartex Shopping Village in Loch Lomond are hoping that coach drivers will come flooding back following a major refurbishment of the main building.
The store, which holds a 4 star Tourist Shop rating from VisitScotland, closed last December following flood damage but has now re-opened in a blaze of glory with a stylish new interior and a fabulous range of goods.
The main building now hosts a smart new restaurant, new restrooms and a bright new interior. It is home to the very latest Edinburgh Woollen Mill ranges including ladieswear, menswear, golf gear and gifts.
The Village Restaurant offers a range of tasty meals and snacks, including healthy options, and now also features Costa Coffee.
Peter Innes, manager at Antartex, said: “Drivers and visitors can enjoy the same great choice and value which have made this such a popular site but in an even more welcoming and modern atmosphere.”
Offering a ‘shop within a shop’ experience, all of the elements within the main building, from the Whisky Shop, Golf Shop, to Food and Gifts have re-opened, and the redevelopment of the rest of the Village site should be completed by mid summer.
