New general manager for The Salcombe Harbour Hotel
The Salcombe Harbour Hotel, which will reopen to the public on 29 March, has appointed Jason Parry as its new general manager.
Parry's career in the hotel industry include stints at three Torquay hotels - The Grand, The Imperial and The Grosvenor. He is also a member of the Academy of Food and Wine Service, the Institute of Hospitality and the British Institute of Innkeepers.
The 53-bedroom Salcombe Harbour Hotel is owned by independent hotel operator Harbour Hotels Group.
Lead by managing director Mark Godfrey, the Harbour Hotels Group currently operates hotels in St Ives, Sidmouth and Christchurch, as well as the Rhodes South restaurant in Christchurch which the company operates in partnership with chef Gary Rhodes.
