New gym for Sheffield University facility

Sheffield University has announced the launch of its new-look S10health fitness centre at Sport Sheffield's Goodwin Sports Centre, following a comprehensive refurbishment.

The institution partnered with Life Fitness to undertake the improvements, with the facility now boasting more than 170 pieces of equipment from the Chicago, US-based supplier.

Life Fitness' Journey concept has been deployed at S10health, which includes the strategic planning of floor design to create defined areas for free weights and cardiovascular exercise.

Createability was involved with the restructuring of the new-look fitness suite, which allows members to also take advantage of the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer online tool.
