New head chef for Fifteen Cornwall
Andy Appleton has been promoted to he role of head chef at Fifteen Cornwall, the restaurant founded by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
Appleton was among the original staff at the first Fifteen restaurant in London, where he began his career as a senior sous chef.
He then took over as head chef at the Italian style Tabernacle Bar and Grill before joining Fifteen Cornwall in 2007.
Jamie Oliver said: "He's been a part of the Fifteen family for a good few years now and he's the perfect man for the job."
Fifteen Cornwall is wholly owned by the registered charity, The Cornwall Foundation of Promise. It was the third 'Fifteen' restaurant to open in May 2006.
