New owners for Kenwood Inn
Kenwood Inn Holdings (KIH) has bought the Kenwood Inn and Spa in Sonoma Valley, California, US, from Terry and Roseann Grimm.
Developed by the Grimms from a former antique shop, Kenwood Inn is located among the wineries of Sonoma Valley.
The Inn currently has 30 bedrooms and Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality is to manage the hotel operations. There is also a Caudalie spa, offering a full menu and vinotherapy products.
KIH is affiliated with another Sonoma County property, the Hop Kiln Winery.
