New registrar sought for REPs
Following the announcement that Cliff Collins has been seconded to develop the European Register of Exercise Professionals, the recruitment drive for a new registrar is now underway.
Chief executive of SkillsActive, Stephen Studd, said: “Cliff has done a fantastic job of building up the Register of Exercise Professionals over the past seven years.
“The fact that there are over 26,500 members of the Register is a credit to the determination of everyone involved in its development.
“I have no doubt that the Register has helped to promote the professional image of the health and fitness industry and who ever takes on the vital role of the Registrar will need to build on this for the future.”
