The latest addition to SCIFIT’s cardiovascular range is the PRO1 fully adjustable upper body exerciser.

Available in two formats, the PRO1 Sport is designed for standing exercise and features an enhanced performance platform. The PRO1 has been developed for seated exercising, with the seat being removable to allow wheelchair access.

On the PRO1, adjustments allow a user to work overhead whilst standing, in addition to the usual seated workout. Other features are the ability to move the console to suit use at any angle and the means to configure a rotary rowing motion by adjusting the crank arms.

The computer programme incorporates a one button quick start; target heart rate, which adjusts the workload appropriately; constant work, to ensure the machine maintains constant workload independent of speed; ISO-strength, allowing the user to maximise workload at a fixed rpm; random, an infinite number of programme profiles; and six hill profiles with 20 levels of tension.
