Next Generation first client for new messaging service
Musicandmessaging, the leisure and retail division of C Interactive, has announced the national roll out of its Facilities Management Messaging Service.
The roll out, which becomes effective immediately, is designed to provide leisure chains with the ability to use their existing tannoy or PA system to give information tailored to specific visitors without the need for staff involvement.
First to sign up for the new service was the Next Generation Health Club group, whose Head of Marketing, Patrick Coote, said: “We use the system at each club differently. Because of its flexibility we are able to increase the awareness of almost everything the club has to offer members and visitors.”
Among a wide range of topics catered are advice for disability and/or visually impaired visitors, opening and closing announcements, events and promotions, membership, classes and customer care.
