North York Moors launches arts campaign
The North York Moors National Park Authority has launched a new programme of free arts exhibitions at the authority’s visitor centres.
The first exhibition, a range of wildlife paintings by artist Peter Reynolds, will go on show at The Moors National Park Centre on 2 February.
Following on from this will be ‘Bleak Beauty – Landscapes of the North York Moors’, an exhibition of dramatic oil paintings and watercolours from Jane Thorniley-Walker exploring the stark beauty of the moors and coast in all seasons.
