O’Neill appointed to IAAPA board
Greg O’Neill, AALARA treasurer and chair of AMSAFE/Insurance, has been elected to the board of directors of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
O’Neill, of Australia-based O’Neill Entertainment, will serve on the board for three years.
Also elected on three-year terms were Gerardo Arteaga of Fantasilandia, Chile; Ted Molter of San Diego Zoo, USA; Gary Smart of Harbour Park, England; Tim Sorge of Swings-N-Things, USA; Carline von Landsberg of Velen, Schloss Dankern, Germany; Jeroen Nijpels of JN Entertainment and Leisure Consultancy, Luxembourg; and Jane Cooper of Herschend Family Entertainment, USA.
Mats Wedin, president of the Liseberg Group in Sweden was elected IAAPA chair of the board for 2007. Details: www.iaapa.org
