Oceo Spa launches at Seafield Hotel
A new resort spa called Oceo has opened within the 60m euro (£40.9m, US$83.1m) Seafield Hotel on the Ballymoney coast in Ireland.
The Oceo Spa has a total of 14 treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite.
Other facilities include a thermal suite with a hammam, rasul chamber and aromatherapy suites as well as monsoon showers, an ice grotto, an outdoor vitality pool, a relaxation area and a large gym.
The centrepiece of the spa is a 59ft (18m) hydrotherapy pool, lined with gold-leaf tiles and featuring fibre-optic lighting. Treatments will use LCN, Biodroga and Payot products.
The spa’s interiors were designed by John Henry Boyle of 21 Spaces, and Andrew Hammond and Mike Fitch of Topaz Consulting Group assisted with the spa design.
Seafield Hotel is situated within 160 acres of parkland. It boasts 102 bedrooms and an 18 hole championship golf course.
