Oily massage towels left in day spa dryer cause fire
A fire at a day spa in Adelaide, Australia, has caused damage to the tune of AU$200,000 (US$177,000, €138,000, £109,000) and will need an extensive refurbishment before it can reopen.
More than 20 firefighters worked to contain the fire to a rear drying room at the Endota Spa. This facility is one in a network of Endota Spas with franchise agreements across Australia.
The fire is thought to have started when oily towels left in a hot dryer overnight spontaneously combusted, according to local news.
