Oldham leisure trust wins three Quest accreditations
Oldham Community Leisure has achieved Quest accreditation for three of the centres it manages.
Oldham Sports Centre, Failsworth Sports Centre and Royton Sports Centre all passed the UK quality assurance scheme’s assessment.
Mike Tait, operations manager for Oldham Community Leisure said: “This is a very important day for our people at Oldham Community Leisure, we have thrown our doors open to Quest accreditation and we are very pleased with the results we have achieved.
“The favourable comments and improvements given to us by our Quest assessors will help improve our customer service.”
The sports trust’s chief executive, Ian Kendall, added: “This quality assured standard is a very important step in the role we play as an organisation in the fulfilment of our supporting council’s comprehensive performance assessment. However, more important than this, is that our customers know that we are a striving and improving leisure organisation.”
