Olympic chief voices cricket support
International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Jacques Rogge has given his support for the inclusion of cricket in future Summer Olympic Games.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, Rogge revealed his appreciation for the sport and said that it was an "important, popular sport and very popular on television". He told the newspaper: "The International Cricket Council will decide at the end of June whether they will make an application. The incoming president might be interested.
"It's a sport with a great tradition where mostly you have a respect of the ethics."
