Parkwood Leisure has appointed Rob Ellis its director of tennis, in partnership with the Tennis Foundation and Lawn Tennis Association, as it moves to encourage more people to pick up the sport.
Parkwood Leisure currently operates indoor tennis centres at North Devon, Portsmouth, Solihull and Southend-on-Sea, but has capacity for more than 400 indoor short courts and external courts across 90 leisure and park facilities.
