Peel Group reaches agreement to acquire Salford's Lowry Outlet Mall
The Peel Group has agreed a deal with the Emerson Group for the purchase of the Lowry Outlet Mall - a 300,000sq ft (27,871sq m) retail and leisure complex at Salford Quays.
Located adjacent to the Peel-owned MediaCityUK complex, the Lowry Outlet Mall boasts a seven-screen Vue cinema and a variety of cafés and restaurants as part of its offer.
Peel Group chair John Whittaker said: "This is an important strategic acquisition for us and continues to extend the MediaCityUK community across the Quays."
