Penterra Spa opens at Heathman Hotel
A 5,000sq ft (464sq m) new spa facility has launched at the Heathman Hotel in Washington, US.
Called Penterra Spa – from the Greek word for the number ‘five’ – the space was designed by Cary Collier of Blu Spas.
It has a wide range of facilities including seven treatment rooms, a relaxation sanctuary and a side-by-side Palladian hydrotherapy system for single or two-person use.
Treatment lines used are the Osea brand, Somme Institute, Sonya Dakar and Uspa. Signature therapies include a ‘five soaks’ bath experience, an aloe and green tea wrap and an organic coffee body scrub.
