A new personal training studio has been opened by personal trainers and entrepreneurs Eleanor Dick and Scott Timms.

The 103sq m (1,111sq ft) At One Training club in Crouch End, north London, boasts two separate workout areas; one for small group classes and the other for one-to-one sessions.

Equipment includes a Concept 2 Rower, Cybex treadmills and indoor fitness bikes by Schwinn Fitness.

Facilities also include a communal relaxation area - equipped with two wide screen plasma TVs - for use before or after a workout.

The use of the at One training studio is by appointment only and solely for personal training sessions and small group classes.

There is no membership fees and clients pay for what they use. Group classes are available from £8 per session and personal training prices start from £48 per hour.

Dick and Timms have outlined a strategy which will see no more than four personal trainers working on the studio floor at any one time with clients.

They have also limited the size of group classes to no more than 10 people.

Commenting on the decision, Eleanor Dick said: "We felt that when it came to providing group classes, we wanted to offer something slightly different to major fitness chains by ensuring our classes where smaller as our experience showed that participants techniques and the instructors attention to each individuals needs suffered when instructing large groups of people.

Scott Timms added: "We truly believe At One Training provides the ultimate environment for exercising.

"The space boasts enormous amounts of natural light to help lift clients mood and the feedback we have had from each and every person that has visited us has been incredible. It has always been a long term goal of ours to one day own and run our very own fitness studio."
