Pizza Express to return to stock market for £800m
Restaurant group Pizza Express is expected to announce today that it will be returning to the stock market with an estimated enterprise value of £800m.
In 2003, a consortium of private equity groups led by TDR and Capricorn Ventures International bought Pizza Express for £278m.
According to reports, the consortium is expected to sell around 20 per cent of their stake in the group. Details: wwww.pizzaexpress.co.uk
