Rezidor SAS Hospitality has signed an agreement for the development of a new Radisson SAS hotel in the Polish coastal city of Gdansk. Construction has already started and completion is scheduled for mid-2005.

The 150-room hotel will include a restaurant, café, bar, recreation centre with gym and conference and meeting facilities.

Radisson already operates four hotels in Poland – in Krakow, Szczecin, Warsaw and Wroclaw – with a further two under construction in Katowice and Lublin.

Rezidor operates hotels under the Radisson SAS, Park Inn, Country Inn and Regent brands and in March this year announced a new lifestyle hotel brand, Cerruti, a joint venture with the fashion house of the same name. Details: www.rezidorsas.com
