Polizzi opens Hotel Endsleigh in Devon
The 16-room Hotel Endsleigh in Tavistock, Devon, opened its doors on 4 August.
Owned by Olga Polizzi – sister of hotelier Rocco Forte – and managed by her daughter Alex, the Endsleigh is a Grade I-listed house designed by Sir Jeffrey Wyattville and built in 1812.
Situated in Dartmoor in 108 acres of woodland, the hotel’s facilities include a restaurant run by chef Nick Shopland.
It is the second west country building Polizzi has transformed into a small luxury hotel, following the conversion of Hotel Tresanton in St Mawes in Cornwall. Details: www.hotelendsleigh.com
