Power Hut opens Amman spa
Independently owned Jordanian fitness and wellness club Power Hut - The Xperience has opened a luxury day spa in the capital Amman.
The 850sq m (9,100sq ft), Nirvana-branded spa boasts a number of treatment rooms, a thermal suite supplied by Austria-based Thermarium, hammam and a nail lounge.
The spa is located on the 3rd level of the newly refurbished Powerhut - The Xperience and welcomes both men and women.
Treatments will be supplied by Sothys, Fenix and Phytomer and include the signature Nirvana Ritual as well as body wraps and scrubs, facials, skin treatments and massages.
The launch of Nirvana Spa marks the first of a four-phase redevelopment of the club, due for completion by summer 2011.
The club and spa is owned by entrepreneur Tariq Khorma.
Khorma said: "The usual daily gym experience filled with drudgery and little pleasure is about to change for good as we embark on a mission guaranteed to provide our patrons with an unparalleled daily gym journey that stretches to a blissful post exercise experience."
