UK-based spa management software provider Premier Software has completed a roll-out of installations across the Malmaison hotel group and sister hotel company, Hotel Du Vin.

The premier spa software package is being used at five of these spas while the two properties situated in Birmingham are using premier spa+ to also incorporate gym membership management.

The two groups operate seven spas across the UK: four under the Malmaison 'Le Petit Spa' brand name, located in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Newcastle and Manchester hotels; and three, called 'Health Du Vin', found in Birmingham, Cheltenham and Harrogate.

Graham Bradford, regional general manager of Malmaison hotels, says: "We wanted to implement one system of diary management in all locations to improve the consistency of our spa operations and staff training and, ultimately, the quality of service offered to our guests."

Although the software used is currently standalone at each site, there is the option to link all of the sites together into one database in the future.
