Prezzo adds third Scottish site
Restaurant operator Prezzo has continued its UK expansion with the opening of its third Scottish restaurant in Aberdeen.
The group has acquired a site at Hammerson's £250m mixed-used development in Union Square, which opened in October 2009.
Located on the first floor of the centre, Prezzo joins existing operators such as YO! Sushi, Nando's, Chiquito and Handmade Burger Co.
Davis Coffer Lyons acted on behalf of Prezzo on the deal.
