Prime Minister appoints new NHMF trustees
Prime Minister David Cameron has appointed Professor Richard Morris and Atul Patel as trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF).
Both individuals will have responsibilities for the NHMF and the Heritage Lottery Fund's UK board, which oversees funding strategy and decides on grants worth more than £1m. Meanwhile, Dan Clayton Jones has been reappointed for a further six months as trustee for Wales and deputy chair of the UK-wide board of trustees.
NHMF and Heritage Lottery Fund chair Dame Jenny Abramsky said: "Their expertise widely reflects and complements the range of heritage applications that we receive."
