Progress at Clarence Dock
Phase one of the £150m Clarence Dock development in Leeds, Magellan House, is on course for completion this summer.
Part of a waterfront based mixed use scheme by the Crosby Group, Magellan House will be followed by a second residential building, Mackenzie House, completion of which is anticipated for Summer 2004.
In addition to the residential space, when the project is complete in 2006 it will include two hotels, a variety of bars and restaurants and leisure facilities incorporating a health club, in addition to 200,000sq ft of office space, retail outlets and parking for 2,000 cars.
The scheme is located in the city centre and adjacent to the Royal Armouries Museum.
