Pubs ‘n’ Bars in talks with Balaclava
London-based pub operator, Pubs ‘n’ Bars, has confirmed it is in talks with the receivers for the Balaclava Pub Company.
Balaclava was put into administration at the beginning of October and Pubs ‘n’ Bars is in negotiations with RSM Robson Rhodes concerning a management agreement of a number of the 50-odd pubs formerly owned and operated by the company.
Pubs ‘n’ Bars was formed in August 1999 from an amalgamation of Real Leisure and Acorn Inns and now operates a total of 69 pubs across England and Wales. Details: www.pubsnbars.co.uk
