Since its official launch at LIW 2010, Pulse's innovative range of cardiovascular equipment - Fusion - has been embraced by many leading global operators in the health and fitness market.

The new range consisting of treadmill, upright bike, recumbent bike, cross-trainer and stepper combines the very latest in audio visual technology with unique 'Green' features, making it one of the most advanced and environmentally responsible cardiovascular ranges. Fully iPod and iPhone compatible and totally unique in being able to offer self-powered Freeview television, Fusion features a high-contrast 10.1in multimedia screen embedded within a 15in console that can simultaneously display entertainment and performance from one simple user interface.

Helio Fitness, Bolton was one of the first sites in the UK to benefit from 80 stations of the new cardio line. Now, 12 months on the private fitness chain has purchased a further 32 machines for its new club in Blackpool, making them Pulse's 150th Fusion customer. Neil Henshaw, proprietor of Helio Fitness said: "It really is a revolutionary range of products; it has greatly driven new membership whilst the motivational benefits have supported us with retention.

"Pulse has been an extremely supportive and pro-active partner and the equipment has performed brilliantly, thus we had no qualms in re-investing with Pulse."
