Pulse unveils the all ways l-train
Pulse Fitness has introduced the l-train, its new cardiovascular machine for an aerobic workout and body conditioning.
Unveiled at Leisure Industry Week 2012 the l-train features a 360 degree multi-directional movement unlike traditional cardiovascular machines, such as the cross trainer, which perform a front to back exercise movement.
The l-train performs a side to side lateral motion which is designed to engage all lower body muscles in particular the abdominals, glutes and inner/outer thighs as well as delivering a cardiovascular workout.
It can be used independently or part of an instructor driven class and key exercise positions and movements can isolate and target specific muscles for increased heart rate training.
Used in a figure of eight motion the l-train is designed to target and tone the lower body, in a clockwise motion it is intended to isolate the outer thighs and glutes, while a counter clockwise motion aims to isolate the inner thighs and glutes. Other exercise movements can include leg pumps, squats, grinding and surfing.
l-train also features self powered integrated entertainment, quick access controls and SmartCentre connectivity.
