RAK signs Memorandum of Understanding in Tamil Nadu
According to AME Info, the Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu to set up two township projects in the region.
The first urban infrastructure township in Coimbatore will include lesiure facilities such as health spas, a golf course and resort hotels alongside residential areas. The second project will see the creation of a marina and township at Kadalur in the Kancheepuram district.
