RBWM to invest £100k in cycling schemes
Local residents in Windsor and Maidenhead are being consulted on how an additional £100,000 should be spent on schemes to boost the number of people cycling.
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) is distributing a survey to cyclists at all local railway stations and in both town centres in a bid to gather views on where investment should be targeted. RBWM lead member for policy and performance Liam Maxwell said: "We want to make sure we are delivering what residents want, so if you have an interest in cycling in the borough please complete the form.
"It will only take a couple of minutes and will mean the schemes and initiatives we introduce will best meet the needs of local cyclists." The closing date for responses is 20 August.
