RFU sign commercial rights deal with Nintendo
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has completed a deal with Nintendo UK that will give Nintendo commercial rights at Twickenham until September.
During the RBS Six Nations and Emirates Airline London Sevens, Nintendo will promote via perimeter signage, big screen advertising and pitch side competitions.
The main focus of the campaign will be the promotion of key titles Wii Sports Resort and Wii Fit Plus, designed to engage users in various activities.
Ben Taylor of Nintendo UK, says: "Working alongside the RFU is a great opportunity for us to talk to a family audience, not just through traditional advertising methods but through a more experiential, hands on approach through product sampling."
